Most team sessions run on MBTI or the Enneagram. Tiffany's sessions work on the same principle, applied to each person's birth chart: natural strengths, working style under pressure, and how the individuals in a team fit together. The language is plain English and the output is practical.

The signature session: a forecast talk with individual consultations

The most requested format pairs a short talk for the whole group with one-to-one time for your people. It runs for 2.5 to 3 hours.

Year-ahead forecast talk, 15 to 20 minutes

A briefing on the coming Chinese year and how it may affect your organisation, tailored to your company and industry. The talk for 2026, the Fire Horse year (丙午年), covered:

Sessions are delivered in English, Mandarin or Cantonese, at your office or a venue in Singapore. They are designed to be informative and practical, not fortune-telling.

Group sound healing

A restorative session for wellness days, staff retreats, team building and stress management programmes. Staff sit or lie down while Tiffany plays alchemy crystal singing bowls. No experience is needed and there is nothing to do except rest.

60 to 75 minutes in total, with 45 to 60 minutes of sound
A gentle opening with breathwork and guided relaxation
Eye masks and yoga mats provided
Held at your office, an event venue or a retreat

Events and roadshows
